Workout in the comfort of your home using a mix of bodyweight, textbooks, and water bottles as weights!
Soul Strength – KBs & DBs
Whether you’re at the gym or you have weights at home, this program is for anyone who has a few heavier Kettlebells, dumbbells, and bands.
Badass & Barbells
Ready to up your game? This option is for you if you’re confident in performing deadlifts, squats, & other compound lifts using DBs & you’re ready to up your weight and improve technique!
