The basic weight loss program has an added emphasis on self love, and lifestyle habit changes that will leave you in a healthier (not only physical), but emotional and mental space.

GLUTE FOCUSED

  • A program designed for client’s who LOOOVE the leg days! This program consists of leg days 3x a week with cardio.
  • This program is for you if:
    • You want a bigger, stronger booty.
    • You love hitting legs but haven’t seen results or hit a wall in your workouts
    • You want to increase strength in the legs and hit new PR’s.
    • You want to increase your leg size but aren’t sure where to start!

TONE-UP

  • A program emphasizing getting lean and toned. Higher rep ranges and metabolic conditioning for people who love to get moving!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

  • A program designed to help you move fluidly and gain strength. Movements are picked specifically to help client’s move pain free in their day-to-day life. This program has an emphasis on mobility, coordination, and strength and is great for anyone who wants to prevent injury or already struggles with chronic pain.
  • This program is for you if:
    • You struggle with low-back, knee, or hip pain in your day-to-day life.
    • You have a hard time completing house hold tasks without pain.
    • You’re ready to start moving to feel good!
    • * If you have a specific limitation or injury, a personalized program is highly recommended*

STRENGTH FOCUSED

  • A FULL BODY strength program designed to guide you to new PR’s, increased muscle mass and body fat loss. With an emphasis on compound lifts, this program includes heavy loads, muscle hypertrophy, and focus on form and technique.
  • This program is for you if:
    • You love to lift but have struggled to see results.
    • You love to lift heavy and feel strong.
    • You need guidance and an extra push to get it done!
